ABSTRACT
Background And Objective: The Aim Of The Present Study Was To Assess The Bone Formation Around Dental Implants Placed Simultaneously In Posterior Maxilla Using Tutogen Xenograft Material Versus Autagenous Bone Graft. Patient And Method: The Lack Of Sufficient Height Of The Dental Bone In The Posterior Region Of The Upper Jaw Or The Expansion Of The Nasal Sinus Cavity Causes Many Difficulties When Trying To Replace This Area By Installing Dental Implants. It Was Found That The Increase In The Expansion Of The Nasal Sinus Cavity And The Accompanying Atrophy Of The Bone Has A Significant Impact On The Possibility Of Successful Implantation, And There Is No Doubt That The Length Of The Extraction Of The Tooth Has A Significant Impact On Atrophy Of The Dental Bone And Also The Expansion Of The Nasal Sinus In These Bones. This Study Included Twenty Number Of Implants Performed On Fourteen Male Patients Suffering From Atrophy Of The Posterior Jawbone Or Excessive Expansion Of The Nasal Sinus Cavity, Or Both. These Patients Were Chosen After Making Sure They Are Completely Free Of Any Organic Diseases That May Cause Any Complications During The Surgery Or Affect Bone Formation Around Implants. In This Study, The Nasal Sinus Was Raised By Making A Small Opening In The Upper Jawbones, The Side Wall Of The Nasal Sinus With Rotating Tools Under The Abundant Flow Of The Salt Solution, In Preparation For The Detection Of The Opaque Inner Layer Of The Nasal Sinus.

Results: The Results Of The Message Showed That The Value Of Measuring Bone Density Adjacent To Implants Increased During The Healing Period Of Dental Implants Except For Their Value During The First Month After Implantation. The Results Showed A Decrease In Bone Density. Conclusion: Within The Context Of This Study, The Following Conclusions Can Be Listed: The Placement Of The Implant Using The Lateral Window Technique Was A Predictable And Safe Procedure For Both For Patients And Surgeons. Tutogen As A Graft Material Had Shown A Good Results Regarding The Healing And Volumetric Changes Of The Graft As In Autogenous Bone Graft.
